Duels | Ghost of Tsushima Wiki

Duels in Ghost of Tsushima (GoT) are discoverable locations and challenges. There are 25 Duels in the game. Duels occur when Jin successfully liberates some Mongol Territories and during some Quests. A duel is a challenge or a standoff between Jin and his opponent, during a duel, Jin can only fight with his katana and he cannot use any Ghost Weapons such as Kunai, Smoke Bomb, etc. Winning a duel usually completes the task of Jin or progresses the quest.

 

Duels Information

• A Duel is a standoff between Jin and his opponent.
• During a duel, Jin cannot use his Ghost Weapons, he can only fight with his Katana.
• Mythic Combat arts can be used in a duel such as the Heavenly Strike and Dance of Wrath.
• Successfully winning a duel completes Jin's task or progresses the quest that needs to be completed.
• A duel usually occurs when Jin liberates some Mongol Territories or before completing certain Quests.
