The Generosity of Lady Sanjo is a Side Quest in Ghost of Tsushima (GoT). Tales of Tsushima are categorized as the typical side quests of the game, these are optional where players partake through side activities of the game that advances side plots of the game. Side Quests heavily focuses on stories that revolve around NPCs encountered throughout the game. Completing a side quest rewards Jin with unique items and many more.

The Generosity of Lady Sanjo Walkthrough
Travel to the Three Paths Well
- For this side quest to be available, the main quest "A Message in Fire" and the side quest "The Delicate Art of Negotiation" must be completed.
- To start, head to Umugi Cove and speak to Lady Sanjo in her room on the second floor of the area's marketplace. She asks you to retrieve a map that was stolen from her.
- After speaking to her, travel to the Three Paths Well which is north-east from Umugi Cove. The location is automatically marked on your map, you can travel there from Umugi Cove or fast travel to the nearest area.
- Upon reaching the marked area, you'll need to search for the gambler's den. A cutscene will trigger when you arrive at the hut.
Find a Way inside the Gambling Den
- Now, you need to find a way in the gambler's den.
- There's a rock that you can climb on the right side.
- Jump from the edge and grapple onto the tree branch to swing across the roof of the hut.
- You'll find a small window that you can use to enter the hut.
- Head down and speak to the man. You'll learn that he doesn't have the map and that the Ronin used him as bait to lure you.
Defeat the Ronin
- You'll then hear the Ronin outside, calling out for you and wishes to make a deal with you.
- Head outside and confront the ronin. Jin insists that he hands over the map, but then more Straw Hats appear which means you'll need to fight them in order to get the map.
- Use Stone Stance against the ronin since they're all just swordsmen. There's just a few of them here, so you can easily kill the group.
- Once you've killed the group of ronin, search the body of the one you were talking to earlier to grab "Lady Sanjo's Fan' which is a map disguised as a fan.
- Simply return to Umugi Cove and speak to Lady Sanjo to complete this side quest.
