The Other Side of Honor is a Side Quest in Ghost of Tsushima (GoT). Tales of Tsushima are categorized as the typical side quests of the game, these are optional where players partake through side activities of the game that advances side plots of the game. Side Quests heavily focuses on stories that revolve around NPCs encountered throughout the game. Completing a side quest rewards Jin with unique items and many more.

The Other Side of Honor Walkthrough
Speak with Jinroku
- You can obtain the location of this quest by listening to the rumors of one of the townspeople at the Golden Temple.
- You'll reach a house once you've reached the marked objective of this side quest. Enter the house and speak to the woman to begin.
- She will mention a samurai named Jinroku who saved them from the Mongols, but Jin mentions that he hasn't heard of this name and would like to meet the samurai.
- After speaking to the samurai, follow Nabe to the bath.
Investigate the stables
- Jin will ask more about the samurai from Nabe and will mention about his horse.
- Head down to the stables and investigate his horse. Jin will then identify that the horse is not experienced for battle. Look around the stables to search for more clues.
- You'll eventually find out that he is a fraud after checking the saddle. Head back to the house and you'll find Jinroku has left.
Track Jinroku
- Now, you need to track him. Head outside the house and you'll find his footprints. It will lead you to the woods where he's hiding.
- Chase after him until you reach the carved mountain hot spring - speak to him and he'll challenge you to a duel.
- You'll now have to fight him against a duel, as soon as the battle starts, he will surrender and a cutscene will trigger.
Return to the farm
- Jin then gives him a chance and lets him run free.
- Go back to house and speak to the women to tell them about the truth behind the famed "Samurai".
- This will complete the quest and you will be rewarded with a Minor Legend Increase, x10 Linen, and the Charm of Shadows.
